Fernando is the best host I have encountered! He is such an attentive and friendly host. He showed us around his wonderful little slice of paradise and educated us about the local flora, fauna and natural wildlife. His home is very home-y feeling, with perfect attention to detail and wonderful and eclectic artwork tastefully displayed throughout. He even allows guests to use his baby grand piano and the acoustic guitar that are in the front room. The beds are all wonderful and comfortable. The bathrooms have plenty of space with great natural light and plenty of towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is a wonderfully Mediterranean styled theme with plenty of space to entertain at least 8-10 people. The two living rooms were spacious with a lot of art to admire. If you are hungry for a book to read, Fernando stocks all sorts, along with select magazines. The outdoors surroundings is the stand out of this property. You wont be let down by the beauty! 10/10 recommend all around!

Me and a few co-workers were in town for business and stayed at Fernando’s place. This place is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The house is surrounded by water and has plenty of fish to do some afternoon or early morning fishing. The inside of the house is very clean and well decorated .Aside from the house you will never find a better host then Fernando very friendly and easy to talk to.He made the stay worth while. If you are ever in the area for business or a family vacation I would recommend staying at this location. If I could rate this stay with more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

I would book it again next time I'm in WPB. Place have a great backyard. Fernando was very responsive n a great host. Perfect place for a big family..Just wish that it have 1 more bedroom..

It was soo beautiful. Our host Fernando was so gently and helpful, he gave us his Car so we could make little trips, he visited with us some attractions ins West Palm Beach and was every time in contact with us. I’ve never had such a good host before. We all are so thankful and appreciate his time and energy. I can only recommend him! Thank you for everything Fernando hopefully we see us soon 💭

Fernando and the property was above expectations. My wife and I used this property to get married and also got to enjoy and meet Fernando on a deeper level. He was able to support us with any concerns we had and is very respectful, generous, and loving. I would recommend renting from Fernando and encourage others to explore this wonderful island.
