Hidden Gem!! I booked in the wrong location but it was totally worth it! Jose Manuel apt was as described and the town of Rota was small but beautiful. Best beach I have seen so far…..LOVE IT

We had a nice stay here once we found the unit. The views are fantastic. Everything was in good working order. The washer/dryer was a nice amenity. Instructions to find it were a little confusing. An agent representing a different apartment that our friends rented in the same building helped us find the unit. And I wouldn’t say penthouse is an accurate description as the furnishings are fairly worn. Counter stools and refrigerator are rusted. Chair legs are scraped. IKEA-type furniture is warped and chipped. There are unpatched holes in the walls where things that previously hung there were removed. The apartment our friends rented, though on a lower floor, was in much better condition. Parking is ridiculously tight and we scraped our rental car on a wall trying to exit. Don’t attempt it unless you have the smallest of cars. All that being said, it was still a good value for the location and price.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay at with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Spent lots of evenings hanging out on the balcony with the windows open enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The location is in a very quiet area which we really enjoyed and lots of food options within walking distance. We will definitely come back again in the future.

This is the second time I stairs at this apartment. We live the view from the apartment. Everything is at walking distance. I would come back again.
