Tenuta di Forte Sorgnano is the perfect place to relax, surrounded by nature and tranquillity, but it is also an excellent starting point for visiting some of the most beautiful Umbrian cities such as Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco and to discover the charm of the Umbrian territory. The peculiarity of the estate is the Castle of Sorgnano, whose origins date back to the Lombard period which, suspended between earth and sky, stands perched on the south-west edge of the estate. The farmhouse consists of 4 farmhouses. The main one, a recently renovated 19th century farmhouse, houses 8 two-room apartments 2 + 2, the second cottage houses 2 three-room apartments 4 + 2 150 meters from the swimming pool, while the main house houses the restaurant and the rooms. This Airbnb is the house Il Leccio, a spacious cottage of 90 sq m + 20 sq m of covered porch. It has two comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, kitchen. Guests of the Leccio have a private garden at their disposal. The houses and rooms of the estate are bright and welcoming, equipped with all comforts and characterized by a rustic and elegant style at the same time. There are some details of traditional architecture such as Impruneta terracotta, terracotta tiles, chestnut beams and 19th century Umbrian style furniture. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo . Un appartamento in sei due bagni , spazioso, pulito. La struttura è immersa nella natura, alcune cose potrebbero essere migliorate per diventare un luogo di lusso ! Ma dipende da cosa si cerca, sicuramente qui troverete natura, luogo curato , pulito ospitale e organizzato. La strada per arrivare è un’avventura perché non asfaltata venire con una macchina considerando circa 4 km di strada sterrata nelle colline! Grazie di tutto posto bellissimo

The place and surrounding are absolutely beautiful. Serene, green and quiet all around. The house is nice and cozy, well-maintained. The place is a dream for kids with the lawns, animals and playgound! Oy thing is that the road is a bit difficult and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped - but upon request everything was great. Wonderful stay overall!

la tenuta di Forte Sorgnano è indicata sia per chi vuole godere della tranquillità offerta dalla posizione che a mio giudizio è incantevole ,sia per chi vuole visitare le splendide cittadine a pochi km ( bevagna ,Montefalco) per chi vuole fare un tour enogastronomico ( ci sono cantine di vino una dietro l'altra ) , l'unica difficoltà è raggiungere questo splendido posto visto che per arrivarci si devono percorrere almeno 2 km di strada sterrata con buche e solchi ,la sera il ristorante della tenuta regala una bella atmosfera con piatti decisamente buoni . bella la piscina e molto cordiale l'host. che dire ,attendo la prossima primavera per tornarci .

Really lovely low key but very well equipes and managed. Views are stunning, atmosphere super relaxing, accommodations are great. A really great escape into the italian countryside

This place is great and Marco will do anything to help. He was totally flexible with us for checkin / check out and cooked some amazing food. The path to the place is dirt track for a while but absolutely fine once you’ve done it. Just follow the signs to “forte sargnano” and you will end up in the right place.
