This condo is right in the middle of Red River. Easy to walk to all areas of town. It has a garage for a small car or truck and an extra parking spot in front of the garage. This is a three story condo so there is quite a few stairs but the view from the top and middle balconies are totally worth it. Full kitchen makes it easy to stay in an cook. Two full bathrooms and large living area are a huge bonus. My only complaint is there is no full size couch/pull out bed in the living room, everyone must sleep in the two bed rooms up stairs. I have stayed at this place twice in the last 2 years and have it booked for another weekend in Oct. this year. Best place to stay for festivals at the Red River Park. Cheers

Overall this trip went well. The place was clean when we arrived and they had a little welcome basket set out for us. They had plenty of dishes to support a larger group, and plenty of bedding and space to hang out. Great spot, cozy place. Amazing place to stay in Red River!
