Several things stand out for Christina's Airbnb. Although there were just two of us, we used the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as our office set-ups (on-line work) for our 6-month stay. The wifi is excellent and fast. The house is very light which was a plus over the winter months. The house has an open feel, with the door and coat area at the entry and then either up to two bedrooms or down to another bedroom, the living/dining room and kitchen with an adjoining pantry and laundry room. The Park Plaza area has wonderful private walking trails, some flat and others with some elevation gain. We used the paths nearly every day. The grounds are well-kept with abundant trees and plantings. Although we were not at Christina's place in the spring, her back deck and yard have beautiful plantings, grill, and table/umbrella, as does a small entry garden with table. Overall we recommend Christin's place for both short and long-term stays.

Had a lovely month long stay. Well appointed and has everything you need. Very nice back yard/patio. Great location in a charming neighborhood near the community center. Lots of great walking trails just out the backdoor.

Christina’s house was such a great place for our extended stay. The mountain views and being so close (10-15 min drive) to downtown Santa Fe, made this a great location. We did a 30 day stay, so signing up for a membership at Genoveva Chavez Community Center was like having an amazing all-amenities gym, just a short 10 minute walk from Christina's house. The house was well-appointed in terms of having everything we needed for our stay. And there was a guidebook at the house which acted as a great resource to pick fun activities to do daily, and the visit the best attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Christina, as a host was very conscientious and communicative.

Had a great stay for 4 weeks here, and loved the views, the trail and the space. Definitely would come back!
