This AirBnB is absolutely beautiful, and the loaction is ideal. The sound of the water was so peaceful, but kayakers hang out right in front of the deck so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we'd like. Make sure you bring towels as there are none on-site, also a towel or bath mat, hand towel for the bathroom, and hand soap. Also, the beds are not comfortable, so I would recommend a mattress topper, it was recommended by the host but we forgot. The AirBnB had multiple dog beds, and was perfectly set up for your pups. Unfortunately we weren't able to bring our dog with us, but would be a great location for a dog. Roxye included a map and a recommended scenic drive, it was definitely worth it. Overall, this AirBnB is in a prime location and very beautiful.

Beautiful place to stay when exploring! Will definitely be back, the hot tub right on the water was incredible in the mornings!

The cabin on the river was magical! The cabins at The Cheat River Lodge are in the most beautiful setting. The unexpected snow was a plus. We felt like the only people in the world there. The high end furnishings inside made us feel at home. We did forget bed pillows that weren't furnished due to Covid safety and the beds were not very comfy but wouldn't keep us from coming back. Coffee in the hot tub in the morning was awesome! We will definitely be back!
