The place is a two-storey private,cozy,safe & modern villa w/ own pool located in a compound & exclusive resort in Clark. Near Aqua Planet,Clark Safari, Clark Airport, Hotels w/Casino,Dinosaurs Island,Korean Town,SM Clark,SCTEX,NLEX Angeles Exit, Balibago Business & Night Life District,Fields Avenue & Walking Street & more.The compound has a 24/7 stay-in guard & caretaker to assist you w/ your needs The villa is a private, modern, cozy villa with: • 6 air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathrooms. (1 bedroom on the first floor and 5 on the second floor). 6 queen beds. • 1 extra powder room at the ground floor for visitors not staying overnight. • Living room with couch, aircondition, TV and Videoke. • Dining area with 6-10 seaters near the living room. • Kitchen area with stove, microwave, refrigerator. • Towels, Hot & Cold Shower. • Parking Spaces for 1-3 cars or more (street parking). • The Villa also has a fast fiber wifi. • The Villa has it's own private pool around 4-5ft deep.

* Large spacious suites with modern CR and shower in every room. * Large Kitchen with nice large round table for sharing family meals * Pool isn’t heated but it’s a nice amenity I’m sure on hot days. * Karaoke Machine was an unexpected bonus that made for a fun night with the family! * Another Bonus was the fully stocked fridge and cabinet with San Migs, Pancit Canton, and other Asian food stuff goodies available for posted fees * There is a 5,000 PHP deposit required on check-in. Would be nice to have this more clear in the listing. * things to improve: Needs a trash bin in kitchen , needs utensils and other plates but not enough for a big group. * CLEanliness need to improve its so dusty, there’s hairs on the cabinets, the floor aren’t mopped made our feet and socks black. *Microwave was very dirty with flies on it. *Not enough towels for our group *No washer/dryer
Friendly, Smooth, Good location. Good place. But MUST improve cleanliness of the entire house also the pool.

Our place is located in Angeles City inside Clark Freeport Zone, easily accessible by SCTex if you’re coming from the North and
North Luzon Expressway if you’re coming from Manila.
We are a 5-20 minutes drive away from the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport(DMIA) or Clark International Airport, Aqua Planet, Clark Safari, famous hotels like: Midori Hotel & Casino, Quest Hotel in Filinvest Clark, Royce Hotel & Casino, Widus Hotel & Casino, Marriott Hotel Clark, Fontana Leisure Parks etc., Nayong Pilipino, Dinosaurs Island, Global City etc.
We are also a 10-18 minutes drive to SM City Clark, Marquee Mall, Korean Town, Fields Avenue, Walking Street, Balibago Business and Nightlife District.
We are also just a 7-17 minutes walk to Clark Parade Ground and Bicentennial Park.
You can use your own car in the area. There are also available GRABCARS and BLUE TAXI. If you are interested in renting a SEDAN, SUV, or VAN with a driver, we can recommend someone :).

Hello! I am Elle. I am a Filipina who is now based in Sydney, Australia but still loves accommodating guests even virtually. I still go home to the Philippines a couple of times a year. Traveling is my passion. I also love having staycations as a way to relax and destress. I also love hosting and accommodating guests at our different partnered villas, townhouses, apartments, homes and hotels. I used to work as a supervisor in a BPO company, also owned 3 boutiques and an online shop and now working in an insurance company. My family members, especially my mom - Madel, help me in hosting while I am out of the country and at work and we love meeting new people from around the world!
