Great view, close to shops and water. Needed maintenance support whilst there and they were fantastic and lovely and swift. Would recommend Gippsland Lakes Escapes. Will check out their other accommodation in the future.

The wifi didn’t work at all, and despite asking for it to be fixed, it wasn’t. This is NOT the fault of the agents (Gippsland Lakes Escapes), who I believe are pretty good, but the owner. This meant that streaming services were not available, and entertainment was not up to scratch. It also made certain remote work options unavailable, which was embarrassing and costly. For the price paid (over $1,000), this was simply not good enough. The place itself is quite nice, and pretty comfortable, as well as nicely located. The owners have done the agents no favours here.

Serenity escapes offered a great home away from home experience. The view from the unit, the accessibility to the shops and supermarkets and the lake itself and the amenities inside the apartment were all amazing. We did have trouble with the hot water not being available on the second night of our stay and didn’t have anyone respond to the problem immediately so that was a little bit uncomfortable. But the problem got rectified the next morning and also never had issues from then on with hot water supply. Also the host did respond eventually. Wxcept for the little inconvenience, we did have a great time there and would love to come back.

lovely place to spend time with family. cafe is downstairs , IGA is across the road , take away dinner at shops at ground level and park across the road. The apartment was spotless and very clean too. very comfortavle stay with our 2 little kids.
