Overall it is okay. Owner requested to pay security deposit which against Airbnb policy and unfriendly response when ask for clarification. Unclear instructions from Owner create confusion to follow. It would be better if all instructions listed in one page or one simple text. Improvement is needed but OK for the price

The house was very cozy, suitable for families with 6-7 member, house owner did a good job in decorating the house, minimalist yet very soothing and relaxing. Plus, the house is just a 5 minutes drive from IOI Mall, Putrajaya. To add some more, house owner did provide a very detailed instructions on how to get to the house and also very responsive when I have queries. Recommended for those who will be travelling to Putrajaya.

Dekat dengan IOI Mall. Stay sini sebab ada kerja dekat Putrajaya.. sangat selesa dan feel like home.

Host is very helpful. Facilities are fantastic with good swimming pool and game room. It is just next to IOI City Mall. Highly recommended!

CONs- 1) be careful,u will asked to pay deposit RM50 which not stated in ur booking. it was said so that u wont smoke n will help to throw rubbish? i dun mind the money but y not mention this in the rate? instead hide it & quietly ask before check in. mula rasa dh kena scam. but just let it go since already booked. 2) check in is a hassle. u only got the direction at 230pm while drilving there. i suggested this to b given earlier as not everybody familiar with tht place. i hv to drive around 3 times to find which entry for visitors carpark. suggest give direction in plan, giving long words n video nt easy to understand. watching video while driving up ramp? wht do u think? rasa kena scam lg, lost 20 minutes doing this. n ur kids already lost mood 3) u will need to do the hsekeeping- throw ur own rubbish .otherwise u wnt get the deposit back. good luck to find where TH is the rubbish chute as the direction given was vague. even after done that, the host will find other point which not stated earlier. in my case she only return me 20. but i got to argue with her at end, not so nice for ur staying experience. Never had this dealing with abnb all this while. at end i just said xjm#gddf£ 4) check out is 'one of the kind in da world' where u need to tahan pintu lif n run back to put access card on dining table, then run back into.lift...hohoho which this only told to u bfore u check out. cant she think how inconvenient to do that when u hv small kids with u? be considerate to fix self closing door or think a better way to checkout. do some research please rather than blaming ur guest when u cant be there during checkout n make sure ur house is in good shape. PROs the place is clean thought the room too narrow to move about, it has huge pool, n gym at level 5, mall is nearby 3 minutes drive from ioi mall.
