Paul and his family were outstanding hosts! Super friendly and accomodating for any request. He and his father even picked me up from the airport after my 1:15 am arrival for $20. Which meant I could rest, instead of stressing about a taxi and trying to find the apartment. I really cannot express how much more enjoyable my time was because of their kind hospitality. They also provided me with a desk lamp so I could work remotely at night and drove me to my new Airbnb following my time here. Apartment. Bad: This apartment is in an extremely noisy neighbourhood. The worst noise I've ever heard in 28 countries and 100+ houses. I'm an online English teacher on video all day and this made my job very unpleasant during the 1 month visit. It's no fault of the owners. But something to consider if you need peace and tranquility. Good: Clean, comfortable, safe, excellent hosts, beautiful views, an incredible rooftop, washer & dryer, fast stable internet, well equipped kitchen & workspace.

Alojamiento recomendado, siempre atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Las instalaciones muy acogedoras, buen internet, bonita vista. Definitivamente volveré a tomar esta suite cuando regrese.

The hosts of the apartment were very welcoming, kind and helpful regarding all the questions I had. The apartment is in a calm location, full of sunlight, fully equipped and is very suitable for both short and long stays. In case internet doesn't work properly, ask the hosts for the cable and it should be fine. Would highly recommend this place!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful shared roof terrace, the whole family is very friendly. For Latin America pretty quiet area. I found it a little cold, but that's subjective of course and also depends on the time of the year. WiFi speed was good.

A great place, quiet building and neighborhood for Quito. Many tiendas and comidas near by. Very friendly and helpful hosts!
