Ridhima was a wonderful host! Her in-law suite was exactly as advertised. It is a studio with a very comfortable king size bed. The sectional sofa was also very comfortable. TV, fire pit and close to shopping! - You enter the space through the garage…. This is okay, but it would be even better if the back door was the main entrance. The pizza guy got confused! - Please note the space is cute, but small. A couple or a parent and child will fit perfectly! - Tiny college size fridge. A medium size would be better. - Microwave and coffee was provided! - AC worked great! Very cool. - A + that it was pet friendly!!! - Close a a wonderful park that has pavilions, a great playground and basketball courts! (Glasgow Regional Park) - I would recommend staying here if your business trip brings you to Wilmington or Philly! Very safe area!

This AirBnb is great for someone that wants a quiet place with lots of space. Having this basement room be open to the backyard helps bring in a lot of light - very important for a long term stay especially, during COVID, when we're all holed up inside. The place was very clean when I arrived. The hosts were friendly and respectful of my privacy. The place supplies to last a month. During my stay, I needed easy access to drinking water, and the hosts bought a water filter the same day. They also had a temporary closet space setup, although I didn't really use it. The ceiling is a bit porous, so if the hosts are hosting a big group, you can sometimes hear the music downstairs. All in all, this was a very pleasant stay, thoughtful hosts and a clean and quiet space, in a very safe neighborhood.
