This is my second time staying here and it was a pleasure nothing less. The area is great, near everything you need but still in a quiet area. I am in the area very often and will be looking forward to the next time i’m in town and can stay again!

5 stars! in all areas. house was just as pictured and host couldn’t have been more communicative. would definitely see myself staying again when i’m back in town.

Photo’s misleading- we were in town for a funeral as a family. I had to spend the evening cleaning /host did credit the cleaning fee but I spent my evening washing all the bedding. Outdoor areas were unusable and very dirty. Old everything. Ceiling fans filthy had to purchase air fresheners. Had to climb through a window when the door lock malfunctioned at hosts instructions. Bugs in DW. Very poorly represented on the site. Windows were dirty blinds broken.

This was a last moment stay we were actually in Myrtle Beach at 530 pm when found this location in Murrells inlet. The property is very spacious, clean and a quiet safe location. There are about 4 or 5 Bars Restaurants in walking distance. Derek was very informative with his emails and upfront with the information he posted. The house is duplex type house. It was clean comfortable and safe. We had a little issue with the front lock but not a deal breaker, we were immediately contacted with an alternate plan of action to enter the house. We enjoyed our stay and I definitely would stay again or recommend this house.
