Lovely location, just by the water. Easy to locate and very secluded if you're looking for that sort of getaway as its far from everything by public transport. Rooms are clean, and the reception was good.

This property was disappointing as we had no idea of where this area was…nothing to do there. We had to drive to get any holiday pleasure at least 1/2 hour or more away. Pretty much had to drive for an hour to get to Setubal or any nice beaches or you sit spots. We didn’t realize that this part of Setubal was so far from the beautiful actual city of Setubal we had previously visited. We found the pictures deceiving. We thought we had somewhat of a villa but just a bare bones bedroom with a small fridge was what we got. If you’re unfamiliar with the area You have to pay extra for breakfast and coffee. No coffee or amenities in the room at all. It was clean, small, and downstairs was a place where you could get a drink at certain times. If you do not know the area of Setubal which most tourists would not you’ll be disappointed.

Op en top vriendelijkheid van Pedro en Martha. Het ontbijt is een aanrader, vers fruit elke ochtend, heerlijk. Mooie zeer schone kamers. Binnen iets minder dan een half uurtje stonden we met onze huurauto in Lissabon.
