I want to thank the Brown House team for the accommodations. My family and friends had a wonderful time. The favorite part of the house was the pool. We are already are planning another trip back. The house is very spacious for the amount of people that we had. We had a couple of complications that we’re not serious, but they were very responsive and took care of it right away. Tammy was awesome, and was close by and available to help us with anything we needed. One suggestion is to bring all your ingredients to cook with. They do have a good amount of pots and pans and dishes. There is a local 7-Eleven right around the corner that had a lot of things that we didn’t bring. So that was very convenient. There is a Shaws grocery store 10 minutes away and a Hannaford grocery store 30 minutes away. We would love to plan another trip to the Brown House again.

We've been renting this house for over 20 years with a group families and now grown children. Just can't beat the combination of space, beds, baths, and location that this house offers. Working with Sarah and her team was great! When we arrived someone was working on the pool, checking levels, etc. to make sure that everything was in order for our group. It had been a few years with COVID and other events since we had been back to the "Brown House"...they've definitely made a number of updates to the property that were appreciated by our group. One of things we love about the place is the short ride to the mountain, 7-eleven, and Last Chair when we're looking to get out of the house. Looking forward to coming next year!!

From the initial booking to check out, our experience exceeded expectations. We had a large group (18) coming from all parts to spend 3 days skiing at Mt Snow. Couldn't have worked out better. Sarah's responsiveness from the beginning, we knew we were in good hands. The house itself looked big in the pictures and actually felt bigger in person. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms. Great size dining and kitchen. Pool and hot tub a real bonus after long day skiing. Can't wait to make it an annual trip!

The pool and ping pong, and mt snow so close were a plus as we had 4 children 6 and under. As its not quite great ski weather the pool was a godsend for our party. If you have a large party its perfect❣️❣️. lots of rooms, baths, hot tub, pool, ping pong,etc.
