Enjoy everything down town has to offer! Walk to area restaurants, bars, coffee, ice cream, shopping, even a restored movie theatre and Main Street Square. Don't worry about parking, you have your own covered spot feet from the front door. Or if you feel like relaxing after a day exploring, stay in and relax, room to spread out. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town. Modern new furnishings from 5th and Main Furniture and Article. No steps from parking lot to the entire place.

Very clean, quiet, & had everything we needed. Reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again. The host was very kind and responsive.
Excellent place to stay within walking distance to downtown restaurants and businesses. The apartment was clean & spacious with all the basic necessities. It was great to have the washer/dryer to do laundry before heading home. I definitely recommend this place & would stay again!
