As some reviewers have already noticed, this place is need of massive maintenance. The cupboards and their drawers are falling apart, the floors creek like crazy, at least half of the lights need replacing so the place is dark. And the bedding is quite old and tattered. We arrived and the place while not being ‘filthy’ was dirty enough that we spent a good 2-3 hours cleaning the floors and countertops to make it a good standard. There are also hardly any plates. 2 bigger ones and 3 small. The good stuff - location is pretty decent and the apartment is ready to find and instructions for check-in were good. The kitchen is quite good (as long as you can see in the dark), For Geneva which is so expensive the value is ok but honestly it does t seem like pride is taken in maintaining this home.
