Location was great! I was in town for Ironman MD and the house had plenty of room for my family and friends. It’s so peaceful at the house, great views of the river. The house has plenty of space, a tad dusty and certain areas could be a little cleaner but overall the kitchen was stocked with things we needed and we all had enough space and didn’t feel crowded in the house.

The property was spacious and beautiful! We loved the pool, dock, and basketball court. However, we dealt with a lot of bugs. 3 members of our party were stung by hornets that must have a nest nearby. The kitchen was swarming with flies, and we purchased our own fly tape and used fly swatters, but still could not get rid of them all. The rooms of the house were not so comfortable. 2 out of the 5 bedrooms were adequate, but the other 3 had rickety beds and were cramped. Several of our party ended up sleeping on the couches downstairs because they were not able to sleep comfortably on the third floor. Most of the showers were small and not convenient to use. We had 2 tub showers, but one tub was clogged and when we tried to use it to bathe kids, it became filled with murky gunk and started leaking through the access panel. On the plus side, when we told the property manager, the owners showed up within the hour to remediate the issue. The owners were great!

This is our second time staying here. We really enjoy it, the properly is well maintained, the pool is great and the view is unbeatable! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Indian Fields was beyond our expectations. The view of the Choptank River is breathtaking, we loved sitting out on the pier. The area is charming and private, and the pool provides for countless hours of family fun. The house was spacious and accommodated our large family. The host, Doug, was a great communicator and very friendly. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful family vacation!

This house was all about location for us! Being on the water was so peaceful - the dock, little beach, and kayaks were perfect! The pool was lovely with a gorgeous view of the water (we wished it had been vacuumed but it didn’t detract at all, and skimming worked well). The house itself has so much character. We had adults, teens, and a toddler. I would say it’s a bit of a tougher home with a toddler, but, again, we still had a lovely time. The porch is lovely, peaceful and private. We experienced a lot of bugs, which is probably par for the course in the summer! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful! All in all, we would definitely stay here again!
