The description doe not same enough about this space! There were 6 of us down for my daughter’s graduation at Clemson, including older relatives. The space is at least 1500 sq ft. All of the bedrooms have a jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 3 baths are all full baths! It is a fabulous setup, allowing lots of privacy. Ceiling is very high making it more spacious. There are also many windows so it doesn’t feel like a lower level. Beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately, we were so busy with graduation activities we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Furniture and linens are well loved.

The space has lots of beds and bedrooms to accommodate our large group and the dock and view of the lake was wonderful. There was also plenty of parking and very close to Clemson. The listing is for the bottom or basement floor of the house with the entrance on the side and back side of the house. We were a little confused at first as the top floor being inaccessible was mentioned but didn’t realize it’s the main level when you go to the front door. Once we realized the entrance was on the side we were good.
