walked into the condominium with no heat! Yes there was a small (and I mean small) space heater but when it is 20 degrees inside it took two days to heat and the fireplace was not easy to get started. Dishes were still in the dishwasher. No extra blankets and when we tried to contact them for help there was no response. Will not stay there again
We really enjoyed our stay!
Had a good stay - we had a few issues that probably aren’t typical. The power was about for about 15-16 hours so we weren’t able to cook our food. With 5 kids in tow that wasn’t something we expected to encounter but we made due. The internet / wi-fi didn’t work pretty much the whole time so we weren’t able to watch movies or anything on the TV. Not sure if that was related to the power outage or not. The place was clean and we liked the beds, they were comfortable and it’s a great use of space to be able to accommodate a bigger family, like us. We liked the fireplace. It’s a tad long of a walk with small kids in tow to the shuttle but not bad at all for adults or older kids.

We liked all the beds being in the same room. Wished the place was a little cleaner but overall a good stay.
