Communication and location were great - only a 10 minute Uber into town, cost around £10 for 5 of us. We were also able to park and check-in a few hours early, which was great. That being said, luckily the cleaner was there as the key left in the lockbox was bent and so we would not have been able to get in had we not been able to ask her for a key. Great, secure parking though. Unfortunately the apartment itself wasn't overly clean. OK, but you could tell that it hadn't had a deep clean in a long time. Bedding and towels were fine so we got by. The thing that really let it down was the fact that the boiler didn't work - we didn't know until we got in that night. Unfortunately this meant that the heating and shower did not work, not great for November as it made the apartment very cold overnight. The owner did send someone round at 9am the next day to have a look, it wasn't resolved by the time we left; he advised that the same issue had happened earlier that week too and so it's hard to not think that it could have been avoidable. In light of this and the cleanliness, I wish we'd stayed at another place we'd seen that was cheaper, we only booked this as it looked better quality in the photos. If it was properly cleaned and the boiler issue resolved then I'd recommend staying.

Owners couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was okay, messaging to make sure we were settled in and if we needed any extras… lovely, secure place to stay not too far from the city centre

Can't fault it. Good size property in nice, clean condition in a decent location for leeds centre. Area surrounding the property is a little rough but with the private carpark thats no problem really.
