Excellent host in every way

This was not our first time staying at Jody's place and the place is truly fantastic and Jody is a great host, they were helpful and flexible and the place is fantastic would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a place in the area! We will definitely rent home again when in the area again if its available!

We had a problem free stay and the place is as described. We had a small issue with reservation changes and once we explained our situation to our host we were able to work with them and were able to update our reservation. We had team members there for a little over a week, and they were very happy with the arrangements and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area! We will certainly consider staying here again when we are in the area again

Jody knew we were in town to celebrate a birthday we were making a birthday dinner she made sure the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans. Her loft s beautiful. Great location in the heart of downtown Bismarck. Walkable distance to many restaurants short drive to many local attractions.

Absolutely beautiful place and sooo much room omg a very cool place to stay. Being in the location it is gives you a lot of options for food and drinks just a simple walk from the place. Very glad I stayed here and would highly recommend it.
