Brisa y Sol's location was amazing. The community in which the Airbnb is located is in a gated area and away from the buzzling of the city. The apartment itself, has four bedrooms, a full kitchen, a small eating area, a living room, and a washer and dryer. The apartment is advertised as have 3.5 bathrooms, however, there is only 1 full bathroom and a Half a bathroom. The surrounding amenities are fantastic, there is a path to jog/run, exercise equipment, a basketball court, and a small soccer field. The only issues I had was receiving multiple confusing messages on Airbnb from the host mentioning trash three days into our stay and providing me with instructions on how to use a pull out couch a few days later as well. The other hiccup was with a broken soap dispenser and a few tainted towels. Despite reassuring the host that we had nothing to do with damaging the soap dispenser or the tainting the towels. She was adamant on charging me for the items despite my impeccable record.

We had 5 adults staying in this condo. The condo and amenities are as described. The place is very modern with great decor and floor plan. The building is located in a nice area of San Salvador (Santa Tecla) and is very secure. Silvia was very proactive and responsive and extremely helpful. The place is quiet. It is a good size for a family. We were 2 families, so one couple had master BR, my husband and I slept in separate rooms on twin beds (Mattress was comfortable) but my niece slept in a room with a smaller bed and it was not a comfortable set up for her. I also missed that there is no central AC but they do have AC in 3 of 4 bedrooms, and we used fan to cool off living spaces. Since we were gone most of day, this was a perfect location. Silvia has many little touches and amenities to make her guest feel very welcome. Would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Me encantó, si tiene sus reglas como todo complejo de condominios, pero me encantó en general todo el complejo y los restaurantes cerca. Todo muy fino y una linda estadía
