SECURITY RISK - This property is left wide open 24/7 at both street entry level and apartment door. There is no key provided to the street door and the apartment door is very stiff so the owner instructs all guests to leave the entire area open at all times. You should also note the bedroom door is a siding door with a single latch - not a proper key lock from the inside (padlocked shut on the outside). The home has a hostel vibe and most guests were friendly but some a little messy and loud, but perhaps that’s a 2-way complaint! The house is actually nicely decorated, the bed was comfy and the balcony is a great touch for the price paid but it just feels very uncared for in the day to day maintenance, with the shelf hanging off the wall, an AC that doesn’t work, a microwave broken and put away and a shower curtain that doesn’t reach the floor (daily flood clean ups are all part of the fun.) Afraid, I wouldn’t stay again, personally, but it was fine for 1 night.

Everything is good, but there was no hot water

The room was small but really cozy. the balcony was also cute. Only the shower was difficult to handle, because we didn't understand, how to turn on the heating for the warm water. Overall fine for this cheap price.

Contact with the owner was very easy (many options to contact) and quick (I got responses almost immediately). The instructions helped with easy finding the place. They have also possibility for pick up from the airport (I didn't use it). The room was clean with all needed stuff. The common area was clean and looked new. The only thing I was not a fan was a boiler.

The place is okay to stay for a weekend. It is cheap and gets cleaned daily.
