We were pleased with the process from the start. Allan communicated all steps clearly and walked us through the booking process. We stayed in the exact room level we requested with exactly the amenities promised. Would definitely book with Allan for Royal Elite again!

I give Allan 5/5 stars! Hes fast to respond&answered all questions I had. He kindly responded to me each time to make sure I understood what I was getting booking with him. I would give the resort a 5/5 for amenities and presentation, also very clean! But the staffs lack of communication 2/5. Little availability for dining reservations really sucked too. The buffet food was mid. It was half way through our trip we found the “royal elite memebers only” side. Wish the staff would have explained better. Please ask on day one &get QR code for the app! It made our experience 10x better! It was beautiful &great service on that side! Also way better food/drinks there as well. We fed the monkeys daily, beach &cenote was BEAUTIFUL. Lots of animals! Went on a boat ride, jet skis, and parasailing all on site. Host was very accommodating for my family of 9 &at a great price! I asked for assistance w/airport transfer & he set it up for us w/no hesitation. You won’t regret booking!

Allan was true to his word for the whole process; the resort is as described and if you go in knowing what to expect and are reasonable about what you are getting for what you are paying, this is a truly fantastic opportunity for a family or a couple or a polycule. Great job Allan!
