Cute place, at edge of town, out was great for us (family of 4) to have more space than a hotel room. Johnny was super responsive and helpful with everything and the place was well set up. No A/C which is normally is fine for us but it was a hot spell so it was pretty hot, but we are also coming from a cold climate and not used to the heat yet.

Decided to give 4 stars, however our stay wasn't amazing. Mostly this was out of Jhonny's control. The house is very pretty, with a great kitchen, living room and nice back garden. However the main bedroom was difficult to sleep in, it has 1 tiny window and was incredibly hot. The room with the single beds has a bigger window and was a bit cooler. There is a fan on the walls, however I think it really needs aircon, like most places in Puerto Ayora have. Unfortunately the power to the whole town went out at midnight until 6am, which made it even more difficult to sleep and the lack of fan noise meant we heard all of the dogs in the area barking and the neighbours playing their music loudly at 1am. If the power had not gone out it would have been better. There were also mosquitoes in that area of the town, some of which came inside. It is also quite far from any of the restaurants, shops and beaches, fortunately you can take a taxi for $1.5.

Very friendly host. Scheduled a taxi for us from and to the AirPort. Cosy Little house a little far away from the Center but with a taxi you get there in 5 min for just $1,5. What we missed was Air condition as it has been very hot while we were there. Very fast and Kind response to all out questions.

Jhonny is an extremely attentive host and replied very quickly to any query we had. He helped with organising taxi’s to the centre/ restaurants/ airport which we really appreciated! His place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The garden has amazing views and two hammocks perfect for relaxing after a long day. The shower only had cold water but wasn’t much of an issue as most of the days were hot. Overall really pleased with our stay and highly recommend!
