A quiet space away from touristy crowds and noise, in a peaceful road corner, 0.5 km away from YMCA Yelagiri. Easy access by car. Your alarm clock: the sun and friendly bird-y visitors Your playground: our half-acre property lined by silver oak, teak and mango trees - Loud parties: NO, we love our neighbors too much. - Cozy getaways with family and friends: YES, that's what this place is for! A simple holiday home, not a resort. RO water, hot water, fridge and power backup always available. Our base price is for upto 4 people. Charges for Extra guests beyond 4 people is Rs.500 per head which would be paid by guest at the time of booking itself. The living space which sleeps upto seven guests is in a small corner of our large property. We have one bedroom with attached bathroom, a living room with access to a second bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with utensils, a stove, a fridge and an RO water purifier. Wifi is also provided. One queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and another in the living room. Three single floor mattresses available. Our house also includes a cute terrace perfect for watching the mist lazily roll over early mornings, or gorgeous sunset views over neighboring farms.

Jeremy’s place was very peaceful away from all the noise and lights of the main town. Very nice scenery all around. Perfect for sunrise. The property is a bit in the interior so the last 800m or so have bad roads but it’s drivable. The caretaker of the property was very nice and provided all the help needed. Wi-Fi was fast enough for 3 people working at the same time. The lawn space was huge enough to play a lot of games. Just watch for ants. They bite hard. Kitchen was well equipped and whole place was very clean. Overall it was a really good place. Value for money. And we enjoyed stay there.
The location is about 6-7 km from yelagiri. Had issue with the Internet during the full day as the location is remote we did not have mobile reception as well.
Overall a good stay. Very spacious house and lawn. Had issues with internet connection but Jeremy provided a wifi dongle as a replacement.
Safe and best place for families. Had a pleasant stay at cozy corner. The host was super responsive.The property has huge lawn and play area for kids. The property had all the kitchen utensils so cooking was at ease. However try to buy groceries before checkin, the house is located far away from shops. The road to the house is narrow and is broken and damaged the entire path from main road. If you have a sedan or low floor car then be careful while traveling to the place.
Except for the place situated at interior part of yelagiri, this property is the best for you to enjoy with friends and family with no disturbance. Have enough space to party and campfire. this property is best if you have a car or bike on your own and you can have a very nice time. If you are willing to cook, everything is readily available there... just get things from the shop and have fun cooking. Remember that you are staying at someone's home, where everything is available there. We had a very good time there, Thanks francis

Quiet area, with many large farmhouses and resorts nearby. Easy access by road.
We have ample parking space for multiple vehicles, with covered parking available for one car. If you have a vehicle, getting around is no problem. Fundera Park is 3km away, Swamimalai trek less than 2km and Athanavoor town is less than 5km away. You'll find a provision shop less than a kilometer away, facing the YMCA entrance.
