The host wasn’t ready for us on our arrival even though we followed their listed check in times on the AbnB. We left one of our group members at the property while it was being cleaned and only to be allowed to enter the property after 1300hrs from morning. I was told on arrival that we were under charged by AbnB and we were to pay another $1000 on top of what we had already paid and after some negotiations, the figure was then reduced to $200 which we paid on our departure day. There was no WiFi at the property and when we complained the following day, we were given someone’s phone for hot spotting and this was withdrawn the following day. I had a lot of work to do on the Computer and ended up going to the City centre for some internet. The place had problems with water supply and sometimes we will spend the whole day without water and we would end up buying from local supermarkets or wait for water to be bought and delivered by the host.
