Weve just returned from a 10 night stay at Vincents beautiful house. We arrived at 6pm ish with our very tired toddler and baby - he was there to meet us and let us in and had prepared a yummy platter of nibbles for us which we loved. He had also organized a portacot for our baby so we didint have to bring another piece of luggage which was so helpful. He also gave us some milk and fresh bread for breakfast. We were travelling with family for a 60th birthday and Vince pepared a 5 course meal for us one evening including the most beautiful birthday cake i have ever tasted and a complimentary bottle of champagne. The food was delicious and this meal was really a big highlight of our trip. The house and pool were wonderful and we enjoyed a few beautiful spas as well. We really enjoyed eating dinner in the outdoor kitchen. I would definately return :).

Thank you Vince for making our last 2 nights in New Caledonia special. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean, with A/C in each bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The outside space is truly magical. Beautiful pool, surrounded by gorgeous ferns and landscaping. There is also hot tub and outside kitchen and lounge that are not in the pictures, and a second toilet. We also enjoyed playing table football and darts! Vince the Chef made us an incredible 5 course meal on our last night - terrine, tuna carpaccio, duck, cheese and incredible cake - a treasured memory thank you Vince! Note for guests: Several 'allimentations' (corner stores) have basic provisions, but do any main food shopping in Noumea or Dumbea supermarkets. Come prepared for mosquitos with lots of repellant and BYO mosquito burners. Apparently there were more than usual (hot, humid and rainy) but it was a bit offputting for being outside late afternoon/evening. Byo soap for body and handwashing.

Vince est très sympathique, un belle accueil, le partage d’un apéritif avec lui , nous avons eu l’impression d’être avec un ami .il nous a donné des bonne idée pour visiter. Sa maison est chaleureuse et très propre Merci beaucoup pour tout
