This is a private house in a very quiet and peaceful street, with filtered views of the Derwent River, Bellerive Beach and picturesque surroundings. A 1 minutes walk to the Stanley park, A 5 minute walk to Blundstone Arena, the Boardwalk and Bellerive Beach. 10 minutes drive to Hobart city and 15 minutes to the airport. We have a full flower garden which will be amazing colorful view all the year. Come and enjoy the beautiful house! We strictly no parties and please keep quiet after 10pm. Absolutely brilliant location. 700m to a beautiful beach. Great walking tracks. We had 9 adults staying which made the kitchen and living space tight. No BBQ, casserole dishes or plastic containers were available. These items are what we personally use alot of but may not bother others. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay. Hobart and it's surrounds are very beautiful.
