酒店很新，干净整洁，所有用品都齐全，虽然很多用不上，床也很舒服。
Staying at the property was great! The location was close to beach but also to local restaurants and coffees. We had a bike so it was quite easy to walk around. There is a great coffee right next to the building, with good vibe, many people were using it to work from there, seems a popular option, but same time didn'tfelt crowded at all. The host was one of the friendliest lady that we met in Vietnam! Whatever you need, she is the one to ask for 😅, Book a trip to Golden bridge or Marble mountains, rent a bike, exchange money, just ask her, she helped us a lot during our stay. Overal our stay was perfect! We loved Da Nang, and would stay again in same place in our nezt visit. P.S. On our second day, new towels and room cleaning was provided, which means the place is a great option for long stay 👌
The staff here were responsive and friendly. The room was as described. I never woke up to birds singing, but the incessant scooters with bullhorns selling corn. There is also a school about 200 meters away with a very loud PA system which they use at 7am. After my first week construction started next door. Sometimes as early as 0530 the workers were out there making noise. The noise was no fault of the staff, but it was definitely annoying.

To My Dear Guest, Welcome guests to stay in my family private building - the NAVIS where we rent out the entire unit of one-bedroom and studio apartment. We love living in Da Nang and make good use of its many cultural and natural attractions. We talk about traditional food, our white sandy beach , local stories that have passed through generations...basically things that remind ones about the old and the young city. I myself grew up by the sea and return as often as I can, running along the beach up to Linh Ung pagoda, kayaking to a bit far away then jumping into the crystal blue water...
