We had such a lovely stay at the San Miniato apartment! The location was perfect, right in the center of the action. Immobiliare was attentive, accommodating, and highly professional. The apartment was beautiful. We will plan to stay here again next time we are in Florence!
Eleanora and her husband were both very, very nice, well organized and helpful. The apartment is spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. As with any city center location, it is a busy area with visitors enjoying the atmosphere well into the night. Walkable to most locations of interest (the Duomo is less than half a block), many dining options within a 10 minute walk.
Wonderful stay!! Felt right at home. Bed was amazing!!! Everything walkable. Felt safe in the area. Definitely climb the Duomo and Bell tower which is right outside the apartment. Easy access via stairs or elevator. Owner explains everything in detail which is good. Allow drop of luggage prior to check in and flexible with check out. Do not miss staying here when on Florence
Beautiful historic apartments at a great location. The host was always attentive and ready to solve any hiccups. My family and I felt right at home and were able to have some memorable adventures in Florence!
A beautiful spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and many thoughtful extras were provided. On arrival we received a comprehensive briefing about the apartment. The location is brilliant for exploring Florence - an easy walk to many major attractions and also a short walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence.

Moreover, giving them directions about living the city during the stay. Suggesting authentic local restaurants, and markets and a few authentic florentine shops. I am available during the stay for any additional information and any needs. I was born and grew up in Tuscany, where I lived and worked mostly; first in University Research, then in a global IT company, and now in Real Estate and Hospitality for guests. Now, after having lived in this property for many years together with my husband, we live in a small town Fiesole, very close to Florence, at a few kilometers from the city.
