We had an amazing family cottage stay! Clean, spacious and comfy. We especially appreciated the extras for kids like the booster seat, dishes and cups. Awesome location for walking into Port Carling and for enjoying nearby parks/beaches.

Beautiful cozy cottage in secluded area, yet very convenient with nearby kids friendly beach/park/playground, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Arlene and Al was friendly and responsive, and their place is clean tidy, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It even had family friendly items such as playpen, high chair, and kids toys for entertainment. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cookwares and even many spices and oil types. Last but not least a wonderful backyard deck with working bbq grill, all make for a memorable stay. Check in was a breeze, and very accommodating from check in to check out. Thanks Arlene and Al!

Great place for our short family vacation to the area. Walkable to the public beach and park which our children enjoyed playing at. House was clean, with a nice layout and had everything we needed for our stay. Arlene and Al communicated well, answering any questions we had. We would recommend to others without hesitation.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Arlene and Al’s cottage! It was perfect for our group of six, which included myself and my husband, our two very young children, and my parents. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and well appointed. We also found a treasure trove of kids toys and art supplies which delighted our 3 and 1 year old daughters beyond measure! The property is lush and private, and features both a front and back deck with comfortable seating and fire pit that are ideal for time spent outside. The walk to Hanna Park is about 10 minutes and offers a great small beach and playground. There is also an adorable children’s community garden that you pass that is perfect for little ones to explore and pluck a leaf of fresh basil or mint to smell gleefully! The beds were super cozy and everything was neat as a pin. Overall a fabulous experience. They were also very kind and flexible regarding our checking in and out process which was truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

A great place for a family getaway. Well-equipped and well-maintained. All gadgets are tidy and fully functional as advertised. The host is welcoming, informative and responsive.
