Chambre spacieuse et très propre, ainsi que la salle de bain (eau chaude et bonne pression dans la douche). Petit-déjeuner simple inclus, basique mais pratique et au froide à disposition. Air-conditionné neuf et silencieux.

We were looking for a clean and comfy launchpad for adventuring around Siquijor. Flying Pen was right on the highway, and so it was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a 2-bed room for the first night and a queen bed room for the 2nd night. Both were good: Clean rooms and comfy beds. I like that the linens and the decor was just plain white (very minimalist) which was very relaxing. Felt like a blank slate for refueling after a full day of travel or adventure. I appreciated that there was a garden courtyard and a little patio where you could have a coffee. We didn't use the kitchen but it was good to know it was there. The staff was nice and very helpful. :) The place is right on the highway and it's surrounded by a real neighborhood. It's a slice of typical Filipino life. You'll hear lots of chickens, the motorbikes on the highway, the neighbor's karaoke... We didn't mind it ourselves, but some people might be bothered by that. ALL IN ALL, great place + good value!
