The driveway alone is quite impressive and the property feels kind of like a spacious golf clubhouse. It was a comfortable stay we got a glimpse of the property doggy and the pool area but we were off to nearby White Sands National Park before long. It was a pleasure to have such a well appointed and safe space for the night during our road-trip.

This is a beautiful place to stay, and everything was great. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and it is just the right distance from Las Cruces while still giving a rural feel. The casita itself was spacious for two adults, and it was clean and inviting. The decor is perfect, and everything went great. Theodore had great communication, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Although we did not use the pool or spa, they are under a large covered porch where you can sit and enjoy the spacious outdoors. This is a great place to stay, and it is a centrally located hub for Las Cruces, White Sands, and other close local places.

We had a wonderful time at Theodore’s place! The guest house was exactly as described and was comfortable for our family of 3. Our son loved the loft bedroom. We also had a lot of fun in the hot tub/pool, but what exceeded our expectations was the friendliness and graciousness of our hosts! Theodore gave us a tour around the beautiful property from a shared interest in gardening, let our son pet the baby goats, and shared some homemade goat cheese/milk and chicken eggs. Great place to stay and highly recommended!
