long story short I travel across the U.S for work and stayed in many hotels and Airbnbs but when I say this place was filthy I mean filthy and yes there was German roaches. I had to cancel my reservation late and find a new propertyto stay which made me late for work. don't waste your money or time trying to stay here.

absolutely disgusting and unsanitary, this place does not resemble the spic and span photos in the listing, please do NOT stay here. There was an insurance fee offered by the host of $250, claiming they will refund days you opt to cancel or leave beyond the days booked. I told the host I needed a comfy clean place to stay for surgery, I didn’t expect to use this insurance unless something odd/horrible happened, if I needed to undergo another procedure, etc. there’s dead bugs, food and gunk nestled in most furniture, tiles, tables, crusty stained pillows and couch, horribly stained sheets, dead centipedes and other bugs imbedded in every crevasse. I was also made to pay a $250 pet fee before arriving, just to see this place could give my puppy and I major bacterial infections just from being in such an unsanitary environment. I left 30 minutes after arriving, had to scramble and find a new place hours before surgery. No replies, no comments on the filthy photos I sent. No help at all.

Unfortunately, this house was disgusting to say the least. Unfortunately I can’t post pictures. We had to evacuate the house because of it. There were roaches and droppings in the kitchen drawers as well as old food. The entire floor was sticky upon arriving. The guest bathroom hot water knob was not working and the soonest he promised it could get fixed was Monday. The master bathroom knob was broken as well. The bathroom toilet has pubic hair on it and there was dried urine in the corners. The bathroom walls had old shampoo residue. I have pictures to prove it. He had someone come to clean after my complaints however they only spot cleaned and didn’t do the entire house. We asked for new linen and he became upset. We have 2 service dogs (he added a dog, saying we had 3) and documentation was provided. He agreed the fee would be waived because of that only to then get upset because we canceled our stay and ask for the deposit after all. That is a form of bullying. Don’t stay here. Especially if you have kids. It’s filthy.
