perfect place for a couple days away, or a base for a week or so. lovely walking tracks, big big bath and really close to the shops. Great communication and the cutest dogs in Hobart

This was our first winter stay in Hobart with our young kids, Arthur (4yo) and Mia (20mo). In a large and very comfy couch, we could admire the sun rise and set every single day, it was magical. The pad offered wonderful views of Kingston Beach and surroundings. The beds were comfy and the dunna warm enough for icy days. It was decorated with taste, not to mention Netflix on the big screen TV which was a great bonus, you can link into your own account. You parents know what we are talking about! The location was brilliant, 15mins drive away from Hobart city centre but also 2mins drive away from an awesome new playground and all the amenities you ever need in Kingston centre. Cassandra, the host, replied to all our questions very promptly. Overall, it is great value for money.

This is our second stay at Cassandra's - previously we stayed at her Beach Studio. We loved our stay at the Beach Pad equally as much. Beeeeeautiful views, comfortable beds, super cosy couch that we could snuggle on and watch some Netflix! Super close to the centre of Kingston. Gorgeous artwork everywhere! Cassandra is always so easy to communicate with and always very accommodating which removes all stress from your stay.

Cassandra’s Airbnb was beautifully fitted out with gorgeous views out across Kingston Beach. A great location and lovely cuddles with Frankie made for an idyllic stay.
