Madison Rustique is a wonderful place to stay. It’s like your “home away from home”. The hosts, Eric and Jennifer, are so wonderful and very accommodating. They make every effort to be sure their guests are comfortable and feel at home. They respond immediately to any response that might arise. They certainly made me feel special. I especially enjoyed the serenity, peace and quiet. I most definitely would stay in the future should the need arise. Hats off to the hosts.
The accommodations are fine and are as described in the listing. However, the host needs to improve his communication - being more direct and transparent. There was a misunderstanding between him and I during my approximate four-month stay at this Airbnb. Instead of approaching me about his concerns and thoughts, he waited until the day I checked out - over three months after the fact - to raise his concerns (i.e., a reimbursement request) with Airbnb.
Fantastic place to stay at! Nice and quiet area. I wish I could stay longer! Host were great. Anything I needed they were there!
I had the privilege of staying at the cottage for 3 months. It is a very cute space with everything that you need, and it is a short drive to anything else that you need (metro station, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc). I definitely recommend the cottage for someone that needs a home away from home.
Eric's place is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The cottage is kept spotless clean, has a comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. He responds quickly if there is a question or concern. The in unit washer and dryer and the fact that it was only 10 minutes away from UM Charles Regional were an added advantage to me. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage
