Beautiful quiet location with every amenity you might need. Loved the extra comforters and comfy pillows. Location is a little out of the way but host’s directions really helped. Ideal for two families or those who desire plenty of privacy.

Beautiful place to stay after a long day at the Grand Canyon, or just in general. The Mountain views and surrounding land are just amazing and we are so thankful we got to share it and experience it! The house is clean, well furnished, and comfy. The host provided extra directions and instructions for convenience as well. There were treats in the fridge for Rain the horse. It was such a fun added bonus to feed her and pet her. There was firewood (even though it was too windy to safely have a campfire), that was much appreciated. Thanks so much to Maxine!

This was the perfect home for our 3 day family road trip to the Grand Canyon. The location was absolutely perfect, less than 30 minutes away from the south entrance of Grand Canyon National Park and also about 30 minutes north of Williams. The house was very well equipped with anything you’d need in the bathrooms and kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the place looked exactly like the photos. The horses were lovely and very friendly. There were carrots in the fridge for us to feed them, which was very much appreciated by our daughters who absolutely adore horses. We had excursions throughout each day and were able to rest very comfortably at home. Max was always responsive, which was comforting even though we did not need any assistance throughout our stay. Williams is a super cute town with lots of little shops and nice restaurants, as well as a large Safeway. Overall, I would rate this home even higher if it was possible to give more than 5 stars.
