The check-out time was 11 am, the cleaner came and knocked my door at around 10.30 am. They even intended to use their key to open the main door and come in, while that time I just came out from the toilet. I was shocked and quickly opened the door before they came in, they told me that they were here for housekeeping. This is really unacceptable. Later at around 11.04am, I received a message from the owner asking me whether had I successfully checked out. I made this complaint to the owner, the owner apologized to me and explained that because the cleaner see the wrong unit and open the key directly. This is so dangerous as I was staying there alone, and my friends were at another floor in the same building. Couldn’t imagine what would happen if I’m still in the toilet and didn’t hear anything.
