Rishat’s place in Alexandria was the perfect place for our girls trip getaway. The house was immaculate, small upstairs but all you need for a weekend especially when dining out every night. A real quick walk to the metro (although we found Uber to be easier and quicker). The walk to kings street was 5 min and led all the way down to the water with restaurants, bars, rooftop spots, a winery, boutiques and more! You can find endless things to do in Alexandria and I 100% recommend Rishat’s place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Thanks again.

Rishat's place was as described. It was clean, had what anyone would need or require of an Air B&B and centrally located. It's actually 4-blocks to OLd town, King Street,where you can easilly catch the trolly to the waterfront and 1/2-mile to the nearest Metro to DC, both easy walks. The place was clean, two BR's and 3-baths, so ample space. There are several restaurants nearby so there are no shoratges of eating places especially in Old TGown along King Street. Rishat is very communicative so if one has questions he is very quick to respond and assist when necessary. Parking is street parking, and is available, so just read the signs when street cleaning taks place (Monday) and make sure you parl around the corner. We had a wonderful stay in the ALexandria/DC area and we were glad we stay at Rishat's Place.

Rishat was very responsive to all questions and checked to be sure we didn’t need anything after checkin. The apartment was exactly as represented. He was flexible with checkin time which was greatly appreciated with our arrival time being mid-afternoon The location was excellent. Easy walk to metro station and Old Town Alexandria.

We stayed during spring break with four adults. The communication between us up to and during our stay was spot on. The location is super to what our trip was about. You can stroll to downtown Alexandria and have multiple options to get to Mt. Vernon and DC via the metro system. You can walk to the metro rail/subway system, which is very easy to navigate, and if that 5-7 block walk is different from what you want, go two blocks and jump on the bus to the metro and head out that way. DC's metro is very user-friendly. We had some issues with minor things in the home, but nothing the owners did not address, and nothing that would take away from our wonderful experience. Shopping is an easy Uber ride to Trader Joe's or Harris Teeter. If we were to go to DC again, I would request to stay. Egress on the lower level is in the first bedroom only. Not a negative but reading other reviews, the stairs are steep but manageable. The road parking was not an issue.
