Das Haus ist modern und sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist absolut toll! Warum wir nur 4 und nicht 5 Sterne vergeben haben: Die Outdoor Möbel waren ohne Polsterauflagen und daher sehr hart und leider unbequem. Es gibt nur 2 Sonnenschirme, wovon einer defekt war, aber ausgetauscht wurde. Leider erst nach 10 Tagen. Da es in der ersten Woche sehr heiss war konnte man zwischen 18 und 20 Uhr nicht auf der Terrasse sitzen, da in der prallen Sonne. Der Blick auf den alten Ort vom Garten aus ist sehr schön. Die Bundesstraße aber ein bisschen laut. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schönes Haus!

What an amazing villa. Just like new! All the amenities you require. The whole family just loved the open plan space and of course the nice size pool, sauna and pool room with a few gym bits. Just a 15 min walk to the old town of Mougin's and 5 min drive to the local supermarket. We had a slight issue on arrival with pool temperature which was fixed the following day by the owner who was also great. I would highly recommend this villa, we have stayed in many over the years and this has to be one of the best. Well done all involved and especially Kenn for sharing his wonderful home.

Nous avons passés un formidable séjour à la villa K, cette maison est tout simplement sublime, spacieuse, fonctionnelle, proche de Cannes, Grasse, Biot, Golfe Juan, Valbonne... Nous avons pu profiter d'une piscine à débordement immense et d'une qualité exceptionnelle (rare pour une location) les équipements sont tops, les chambres sont très belles et ont toutes leur propre salle de bain, la vue sur le vieux Mougins est superbe. Bref nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances en toute tranquillité dans une villa de tout beauté. Mention spéciale à Lena de FAIRPLACE pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse :) Un grand merci
