Nice location and spacious rooms

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant stay. Although the area was lovely and originally checking in was smoothed. When we arrived inside the Airbnb, we noticed there were 4-5 blinds missing which was not shown in any pictures or disclosed to us. We did not feel comfortable as it was a privacy issue, we contacted the host to ask if they were aware of this issue and took photos and the response time was very delayed although we were communicating with the host right before then. The response took so long that we had to involve Airbnb support. We gave the option of being compensated for the night to stay somewhere else until it was fixed but the host said they could not give a refund and the blinds could not be fixed immediately. We were moved to another unit almost 30 apartments down, which did not have the size beds we paid for, that unit was not clean and we ended up leaving. Overall although great location and easy checkin, terrible experience for my family’s first time visiting.
