房东很热心，遇到什么问题都能很好的与她沟通，她回复信息也很及时。房间很宽敞，与描述的一致。

We stayed 2 weeks. The beginning was a bit frustrating, but overall the place was fair for the price. It felt safe and had basic amenities. My biggest concern was that we noticed that the bidet sprayer had a sizeable leak and then the real problem -that under the kitchen sink, mold was growing all over the wall (I had noticed a mildew smell). They did move us to another room when I complained about the mold, but it was smaller (and w/o a couch and they did make an attempt to fix that). I did notice that they continued to rent out the other unit throughout our stay without addressing the mold issue. The new room was basic, but a little bit falling apart in small ways (rusty TP holder). Inspect before unpacking. Communication with the host was a little frustrating until we were given the receptionists direct number. Fang is lovely. The free bikes were a get what you pay for situation. They were not maintained. One didn't even have pedals... which is a problem when dogs chase/maul you.

Excellent location and comfortable space! I had everything I needed in the kitchen and for me personally this is a brilliant spot for getting around Chiang Mai (I use a motorbike). Jovie was really responsive and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Could be cleaner (especially the kitchen) but overall it was good. Many little restaurants and coffee around.
