We spent 3 nights at Alan's place and loved it! The bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable with good quality linen and towels. The kitchen is large and extremely well equipped. One bedroom is in the loft, up a spiral staircase but there is a ground floor bedroom for anyone with mobility issues. The garden is spacious and secure so the dogs had freedom to roam. There is plenty of safe dog walking around the nearby fields (no livestock) The hot tub is large, clean and well maintained. There is also table tennis, table football, pool table and plenty of games. We walked to the nearby pizza place which was great. We also had a fantastic Sunday lunch at The Fleece in Witney. Alan was very friendly and responsive to any questions. The house is in a small village but there are some local amenities and the bigger town of Witney nearby. I recommend staying here.

The house was well appointed and there were 14 of our family for a special birthday. The kitchen catered for 18 easily and the Dining and Lounges were extremely spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the toiletries were White Company including the towels. We had 7 cars parked and there was plenty of room. The hot tub was great too.

The house was perfect for our family get together with plenty of space for us all to be together but also plenty of space to.find a quiet spot. The house had comfortable beds was very warm and was well equipped for what we needed. There were good dog walks from the house and we enjoyed the pool, table tennis and bar football tables. We had a lovely food hamper waiting for us on arrival and Alan was extremely helpful and responsive when asked questions prior and during our stay.

A wonderful property fitted out perfectly for big groups and families. The weather meant that we spent most of our time outside but if it was wet we would have had an equally fantastic time given all of the indoor toys available. Alan and Caroline were brilliant hosts and gave us all the info we needed and more to make our stay so enjoyable. We’ll be booking again
