Wunderschöne Unterkunft und sympathische, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat eine gute Atmosphäre, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Kinder haben die gemütliche Schlafecke geliebt und wir den riesigen Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Toll ist auch, dass man in wenigen Minuten in Italien ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben insgesamt acht Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Ausblick und die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sauber und unglaublich gemütlich. Paolo und seine Familie sind unfassbar sympathisch, waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt erreichbar und haben uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat uns Paolo mit Links und Tipps über die Gegend versorgt. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Grenze zu Italien sodass man in wenigen Minuten rübermarschieren kann. Es gibt auf beiden Seiten (Schweiz und Italien) jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Falls wir nochmal nach Ponte Tresa reisen sollten gibt es für uns nur diese Unterkunft. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an dich und deine Familie lieber Paolo ♥️💐

Incredible place! We would definitely come back in the summer. Apartment is really cozy, stylish and with great views. We were there on weekends and the weather was really rainy. But we felt really great in these apartments. Just imagine to have a dinner in these stylish kitchen in front of fireplace and watching spectacular views on lake and city from your windows. Paolo is a great host. Always ready to help and provide guests app with all useful information, places to go etc. highly recommended these place. Good location, comfortable apartment, great host.

Villa Rocchetta felt like home. Paolo was responsive and helpful with anything we needed; from checking us in, to where we could find vegan food options, to sites to see. The apartment was spacious; had amazing light and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable so much so we didn’t want to leave. The Villa is located within a short walking distance of the Italian border and the train station is also a short walking distance away making day trips to Lugano and Bellinzona accessible. There are plenty of grocery stores in the area as well - as we did a lot of cooking at the Villa. The view from the Villa is beautiful and looks over the town and lake- although a little chilly in the mornings and evenings we sat outside to admire the view. We walked parts of the lake and hiked Monte Caslano. Paolo and his wife Vivienne were friendly and delightful hosts and we enjoyed getting to know them which just added to our stay and experience in Ponte Tresa!
