THE APARTMENT I have stayed in several apartments in the immediate area and this apartment is in a class of its own. If you are looking for something above the standard of your typical holiday rental, and want a high end more luxury feel don’t look further. A little more expensive than surroundings air b&b options BUT worth every penny in my view! THE AREA A smart cosmopolitan area with mainly multi million € villas and just a few apartment blocks so tranquil and not a mass of holiday blocks every where you look. A 5 mins walk to one of the most peaceful unspoilt beaches in the area (part of it is a naturist beach) Whilst it would be better to have a car, there’s a beach bar 5 mins walk away and a beautiful up market but chilled little marina 15 mins gentle walk away with a handful of nice restaurants. THE HOST Andrea couldn’t have been more kind - taking me to the supermarket on the day I arrived as i had an issue with my hire car Perfect caring host thank you so much.

My wife and I spent eight nights at this wonderful apartment in late Feb / early March 24. Check in was a breeze, we were greeted by Andrea who showed us where things were and how things worked. This is an ultra-modern stylish apartment in a quiet location. It has a spacious living room with a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are large with lots of wardrobe space. The outdoor pool area is spotlessly clean. There are a few beach bars/restaurants 15 minute walk that serve excellent food. A 2 minute walk will take you to Murph’s Irish bar, which also serves food. Oliver is a great host who responded quickly to any queries (I couldn’t work the modern A/C system, so Oliver video-called me to walk me through it). He kept in touch and made sure we were ok throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and we can’t wait to return.

Wir hatten eine top moderne Wohnung in einer ruhig gelegenen Wohngegend, abseits der Schnellstraße, gemietet. Diese ist super ausgestattet, hat große, moderne Schiebefenster, ist ca 90m2 groß und liegt ca 700m entfernt zum Strand. Alles super sauber, sehr gute Einrichtung, effiziente Klimaanlage die auch bei kühleren Außentemperaturen angenehm wohlige Wärme verströmte. Ein großer TV mit so gut wie allen europäischen TV Kanälen ist ebenso vorhanden. In der Küche fehlt nichts. Alles zum Kochen inkl Induktionsplatte und Herd vorhanden! Tagsüber auf dem nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon die Sonne genossen. Es war wirklich toll. Den großen Pool konnten wir leider Ende November nicht mehr nutzen. Tiefgarage mit großen Stellplätzen steht bereit. Oliver hat dort 2 nebeneinanderliegende Parkplätze. Also, alles top! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
