Cosy house in Cambrils with panoramic sea views located in first line, has access to the beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with access to a small private area, a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, 2 terraces with sea views, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house was redecorated, new furniture was installed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, a plasma TV and a table with chairs for dining, a separate kitchen, a guest toilet, on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and access to the terrace, a bathroom and another bedroom with double beds. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom with two single beds and a large terrace of 20 m2. Entrance to the room with the sloping roof is from the third floor terrace. The house is air-conditioned, wireless internet is connected.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar, direkt am Strand, Sonnenaufgänge täglich ein Traum. Das Kaffee/Bäckerei ganz in der Nähe wie auch Restaurants bieten gutes Essen und freundlichen Service. Das Mobiliar im Haus (wie das eben so ist, direkt am Meer) hat etwas gelitten - Küchenschränke nicht alle gut zu öffnen (etwas verzogen) - Backofen kann nicht ganz geöffnet werden wegen der (wahrscheinlich später eingebauten) Abwaschmaschine (kleine Küche). Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist bequem aber das Holzgestell sollte erneuert werden (knarrt). Bei Problemen hat sich der Techniker sehr freundlich und so rasch es ging um die Probleme gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war etwas "ruppig", deshalb möchte ich hier betonen, dass dies einfach unser Eindruck war. Alle Geräte funktionieren, WLan ist sehr gut, auch für die Arbeit sehr gut geeignet. Wir sind eine Woche früher abgereist, dies lag aber nicht am Haus sondern an der Menge der Menschen die zu Weihnachten nach Cambrils reisen. (unter anderem laute Nachbarn)

De locatie is top vlak bij het strand, voor met kindjes is dit ideaal. Er is vlakbij een beachbar met lekker eten en de haven met alle restaurants ligt op 15 min wandelen. Miramar en la galeria zijn in mijn opinie de beste . De locatie ligt ook rustig gelegen en het er is weinig volk op het strand voor de deur weer heel gemakkelijk met kinderen. Het zicht helemaal boven is ook super in het huis. Enigste min puntjes zijn dat de kamer helemaal boven en de kinderkamer heel warm 🥵 waren om in te slapen. Ook is de WiFi verbinding niet echt goed waardoor als je Netflix wilde kijken dat alles heel traag ging en als je buiten op terras zat ( beneden en boven ) dat je bijna geen verbinding had of heeltijd weg viel . Keuken is ook voldoende voorzien van materiaal om te koken en te leven. Maar we hebben hier wel een mooie tijd gehad met de kinderen en we zouden zeker terug komen.
