Janet's place is so peaceful, and I felt like I was part of the woods around me. Her home was nicely appointed, and I felt very much at home there. It's wonderful have the lake always in view and I enjoyed my stay there very much! Thank you Janet!

Janet definitely deserves the title SUPER HOST. She was very responsive and helpful. The cottage was super clean and the beds were all very comfortable!!! The kitchen had everything anyone would want....toaster over, crock pot, wonderful assortment of pots, pans, dishes, foil, great knives, food storage...if you cook, her kitchen had everything you would ever want. My husband was so impressed that there was even a martini shaker!! She left a wonderful assortment of coffee for the Keurig machine as well as ground coffee for a coffee machine. This is a very well maintained property with delightful touches...flower pots outside and fall decorations. The location right on Lake Winnipesaukee was amazing. We highly recommend this cottage!!!

Janet allowed us to check in earlier than expected. Was very accommodating and respectful. The house fit 4 comfortably with ACs in each room. Full kitchen with utensils, pots and pans and a grill. She allowed us access to the dock to keep the boat. We would definitely stay there again.

We recently stayed at Janet's Lake View Cottage and had a wonderful time. The cottage was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Janet reached out two hours before check-in time to let us know that the cottage was ready and that we were welcome to arrive early. She was super responsive throughout our stay and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again.

Such a perfect little cottage for our family getaway! We had everything we needed and more. It’s very clear that Janet has put a lot of thought into what guests will need. There was even wood blocks outside for motorcycle kickstands, which was so thoughtful and very appreciated! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described! Janet was so friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back for many summers in the future. Thank you Janet!
