The Hosts were very responsive and friendly and we were picked up by them from the ferry point (free of charge if you stay for more than a few nights). The room was spacious and rather clean. There were motorbikes available to rent at the place, which was convenient. Unfortunately however, we had to cancel on this place after one night, because the beach is not a 5 minute walk away, as it says on the listing, it is in fact maybe a 40 minute walk. Also, the listing said that we would get 2 free meals if we stayed for more than 4 nights I think it was (which we were going to), but upon arrival when I curiously asked what kinds of food we will be getting, I was told by the Host’s son that he didn’t know anything about any free meals and that he will double check this with his parents, after which he said we would only get free dinners - why put 2 meals on the listing then? We also had an issue with dogs jumping at us and coming into our room and the kitchen not being clean.

Lovely quiet place. The host is very friendly. Pick up ad drop off from the airport, I also had a lovely homemade meal with the family a few time. My only issue was that the discription specifically said the hotel was 5min walk from the beach, it is infact 40min It is a 5 min drive maybe but definitely not a walk. The beach itself if lovely and not crowded once you get there. Would come back again!

The hosts are both super nice and flexible to help you whenever you want. Nice place, easy to get around the downtown area with a scooter (they rent them for 100k/day). We were also given good local food that we really enjoyed. Only downside for us was that our room was full of bugs (cockroach, spider, geckos, etc.). We are not picky on cleanliness but this made us feel uncomfortable. They have two nice dogs but I did the mistake to leave my shoes in front of our room outside to wake up the next morning seeing that on of them was all ripped off. I assume it was the dog’s work since they were outdoors all night long. Except those two inconveniences, the rest was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Super tolle Unterkunft,mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Zimmer sauber und geräumig, der ein oder andere Gecko wohnt evtl mit euch 🦎 Wurden direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt, sehr nett! Frisches Obst gibt es direkt aus dem eigenen Garten. Zwei Hunde und eine Katze leben auch dort. Hunde gut erzogen. Wenn man möchte kocht die Gastgeberin gegen einen keinen Aufpreis. Auch ein Roller kann günstig gemietet werden. Gerne wieder!
