It started with clear instructions of how to access the property, early checkin and a friendly welcome and tour of the apartment. It ended with a flexible, easy checkout. The apartment is great. Everything you need, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. And the view was great, the perfect thing to look out to when having my morning coffee made with the pod machine. The perfect location in my opinion. In more of a quiet area (compared to the city) while also being close to everything with tram stops and the South Yarra train station nearby. Ben and Murray were very kind and welcoming. Very communication. Thank you for everything :)

We stayed for the F1 2024. Everything was easy. The important issues for us were perfect; clean bathroom, good water pressure, comfy bed... communication was easy. Everything was just easy. Location: short walk to the river for morning walk or run. Tram stop at the doorstep. Two train stops to the city. Woolies was a 3min walk away. Everything was just easy! Food: Everything from fine dining to takeaway was within reach. Did I mention how easy everything was!?!? Would definitely stay again.

Ben and Murray are wonderful people who care so much about their apartment and making sure we had a great stay. Totally delightful from the minute we met them to the time we left. Amazing! The apartment delivers in every way—Immaculately clean, no clutter and well appointed with extra touches. No detail is missed. Perfect in every way. Thanks for such a great stay.

I stay regularly at Ben and Murray's apartment. It simply feels like home to me. My host are wonderful obliging and always there when and if you need them.
